Pouch with gas bag
Besides our novel port technology for electrolyte pouch cell filling without a dry room, we also offer machines which realize the conventional way to fill pouch cells using a vacuum chamber and sealing a gas bag.
These battery filling machines, called Electrolyte Jet, permit a quick and efficient battery cell filling with non-degassed electrolyte while ensuring an accuracy of ± 1 mg and a high process stability. The use of a dosing piston pump ensures a quick. clean and precise filling process of the battery or capacitor cells. The live report of filling data ensures a great value for the reserach and development of the next generation of battery cells.
